Want to do more? Spotlight on Surfers Against Sewage

Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) has been championing ocean conservation since the early 1990s, advocating for cleaner seas and better waste management practices. SAS offers two environmental education programmes: Plastic Free Schools and Ocean School.

Dive deeper into marine conservation by participating in Surfers Against Sewage’s Nationwide Trash Mob from July 1st to 7th. This initiative aims to tackle ocean pollution head-on by organizing clean-up events across the country. Last year’s Trash Mob saw thousands of volunteers collect tons of plastic pollution, making a tangible difference to our environments. By signing up, you become part of this impactful movement, contributing to the protection of our oceans and shores.
